Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Coline Technologies, Inc. (“Coline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our all-in-one productivity suite, website, and associated AI features (collectively, the “Service”), you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“ToS”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years old to register for or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
• Registration: To use the Service, you must register an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. AI Features & Data Usage

The Service includes artificial intelligence features, including but not limited to "Kairo" and "Tab" (collectively, "AI Features").

• Zero Trust & Privacy: We prioritize your privacy. We employ a "Zero Trust" architecture for our AI Features. Your private workspace data is processed to provide the Service but is not used to train our AI models or third-party foundation models.
• No Training on User Data: Coline does not use User Content (as defined below) to train, fine-tune, or improve our artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
• Accuracy & Liability: AI Features are experimental and may produce inaccurate, incorrect, or offensive outputs ("Hallucinations"). You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any content generated by the AI Features before relying on it. Coline disclaims all liability for any damages arising from your use of or reliance on AI generated content.

4. Subscriptions, Payment & Interpretation

• Free Trial: We may offer a one-time 14-day free trial for new users. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically billed for the chosen subscription plan.
• Billing: Payments are processed via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for subscription fees.
• No Refunds: All fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party applications and services (e.g., Google, Atlassian/Jira, Microsoft, Slack, etc.) ("Integrations"). Your use of Integrations is governed by the terms of service and privacy policies of those third parties. Coline is not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of any Integrations.

6. Content & Ownership

• Your Content: You retain ownership of all data, text, files, and other materials you upload to the Service ("User Content"). You grant us a limited license to host and process your User Content solely to provide the Service.
• Our IP: The Service, including its "Coline" brand, code, design, and AI features, is owned by Coline Technologies, Inc. and its licensors.

7. Termination & Data Retention

• We may suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including violation of these ToS.
• Data Retention: Upon termination or cancellation of your account, we may retain your data for up to 30 days as a safety measure. After this period, your data may be permanently deleted. We do not currently offer a bulk data export feature; you are responsible for saving your data before termination.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE OFFER NO UPTIME COMMITMENT OR SLA. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLINE TECHNOLOGIES, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These ToS are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these ToS or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
