Max includes the same full feature set as Pro and Pro + AI, but raises your monthly Kairo AI request limit to 10,000. It is designed for power users who rely on AI heavily throughout the month.

First-time upgrades to Pro include a 14-day free trial. Pro + AI and Max do not include a trial — billing starts immediately. Workspace subscriptions also include a 14-day trial.

Shared workspaces are a separate, workspace-scoped subscription billed per seat. Only users on a paid personal plan (Pro, Pro + AI, or Max) can create a shared workspace. Each workspace comes with its own storage, AI request pool, and integration limits.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your personal plan at any time. Changes are reflected in your next billing cycle. Unused portions of paid subscriptions are prorated.
