Coline Technologies, Inc. ("Coline," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our all-in-one productivity suite, website, and associated AI services (collectively, the "Service").

2. Information We Collect

• Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, password, and payment information (via our payment processor).
• User Content: We collect the data you input into the Service, including tasks, calendar events, notes, files, emails, and messages ("User Content").
• Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, such as log files, device information, and IP addresses.
• Developer API Information: If you use Coline API products, we collect API key metadata (name, scopes, creation and last-used timestamps), request metadata (endpoint, status code, latency, request ID, IP address, user agent), token usage, and billing records required to operate prepaid credits and payments.
• AI Inputs and Outputs: For AI features and API endpoints, we process prompts, context, and generated outputs in order to provide responses.

3. AI & API Data Policy (Zero Trust)

We understand that your workspace data is sensitive. Our AI architecture is built on a "Zero Trust" model.

• No Training on Your Data: We explicitly guarantee that we do not use your User Content to train, fine-tune, or improve our AI models or the models of our third-party AI providers. Your data remains yours.
• Ephemeral Processing: When you use AI features (like Kairo or Tab), relevant context from your workspace may be processed to generate a response, but it is not permanently stored by the model providers for training purposes.
• API Logging Scope: For Coline API usage, we log operational and billing metadata (for example token counts, latency, status code, model ID, and request IDs). We do not persist full API prompt/completion bodies in billing and request logging tables by default.
• Provider Processing: AI requests may be sent to third-party model providers strictly to run inference and return a result. We apply provider data-use controls (including no-training controls) where available.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information primarily to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. This includes:

• Processing transactions and managing your subscription.
• Syncing your data across your devices.
• Providing customer support and responding to inquiries.
• Operating developer APIs, enforcing rate limits, preventing abuse, and measuring reliability/performance.
• Sending administrative information, such as updates to terms or policy.

We do not sell your personal data. We disclose information only in the following circumstances:

• Third-Party Integrations: If you choose to connect third-party services (e.g., Google Workspace, Jira, Microsoft 365), we will share data with them as necessary to facilitate the integration, in accordance with your instructions.
• Service Providers: We share data with trusted vendors who assist us in operating the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing), bound by confidentiality obligations.
• AI Inference Providers: We share only the data required to execute your AI request and return a response.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
