Smart Suggestions, Timeline View, and Model Picker
Kairo now surfaces personalized suggestion chips based on your calendar, unread messages, recent files, and past conversations. Tasks get a full timeline view for visualizing schedules at a glance. Plus a new model picker, image lightbox, and smarter memory.
New
- Kairo shows personalized smart suggestions drawn from your calendar, unread messages, recent files, and past conversations
- New Timeline view for taskboards — a Gantt-style chart with day, week, and month zoom, drag-to-pan, and a today indicator
- Updated model picker lets you switch Kairo's model on the fly. Press ⌘/ to open it, arrow keys to browse, and F to favorite a model
- Click any image in a conversation, task, or file attachment to open a full-screen lightbox preview
- Kairo can now attach images from your conversation directly into tasks it creates or updates
Improved
- Kairo's memory extraction is smarter — it focuses on genuine personal preferences and project facts, filtering out generic knowledge and one-off requests
- Memory managment is redesigned for a nicer UX.
- Suggestion chips adapt over time based on which ones you actually click and use
- Command palette destinations reordered to put your most-used areas first
- Keyboard shortcuts reorganized — ⌘/ opens the model picker, ⇧⌘/ opens the shortcuts reference
Fixed
- Fixed unread counts in direct messages showing stale numbers for recently added members
- Fixed some bugs in task details.
