Calendar Planning
A new Plan view turns your calendar into a scheduling workspace. Drag unscheduled tasks onto your day, auto-schedule with one tap, and set working hours so Kairo plans around your real availability.

- New Plan view in Calendar shows unscheduled tasks on the left and your day's timeline on the right
- Drag tasks from the list onto the timeline to schedule them instantly
- Auto-schedule finds the best open slots for your tasks based on priority, working hours, and existing events
- Event kinds let you mark events as Focus Time, Travel, PTO, or Out of Office with distinct colors and icons
- Right-click any time slot to quickly create a Focus Time, Travel, or PTO block
- Tasks with a scheduled time appear as timed blocks on the calendar alongside your events
- Clicking a task on the calendar opens a side panel with full task details and a link to the taskboard
- Working hours editor in Calendar Settings lets you set availability per day so the scheduler knows when you are free
- Set a minimum break between meetings and see buffer indicators on the calendar grid
- Optional morning and evening planning prompts show today's events, overdue tasks, and quick actions
- Kairo can now plan your day from chat and schedule tasks with your approval
