Notes Folders, Toggle & Table Blocks, Resizable Sidebar
Notes gets folder management, two new block types, and a resizable sidebar. Tab completions are faster, and stale save overwrites in Notes are fixed.

- Folder management in the Notes workspace lets you create, rename, and organize notes into folders
- New toggle block and simple table block in the Notes editor
- Resizable sidebar with persistent width, drag to your preferred size and it stays there

- Tab API response caching is now faster without any change to billing behavior
